This house was built near the ocean in East Hampton, NY. The client requested a bright but natural feel for their kitchen. Using a thin-framed cabinet door style and the white matte lacquer and walnut finishes created the look and feel they wanted to achieve. Tying together the warm walnut, globe pendant lights, wood framing details and hand glazed ceramic tile backsplash created a Mid-centry modern aesthetic that the client fell in love with.
